Our May and October Rallies will feature Outdoor Masses, Confessional stations, Live music, and a fellowship BBQ. June and August Rallies with be preceded by a Procession through Gorham. We've invited many special guests for you to meet and share as we demonstrate our Devotion to Our Lady of Fatima.
We need you to help with setup and tear down (tents, equipment, tables, chairs), helping with pamphlets, handing out water, leading in praying a decade on stage, helping others with handicaps, taking photos, operating a video camera. Above all, we need you to be there with us.
Can you use a camera? Are you comfortable with technology? We are looking for volunteers to assist as we Live-stream using multiple video cameras; to capture the energy and emotion of our participants with still cameras; to help with interviewing special guests and visitors.
Any church where Saturday confessions and mass are available can easily meet the requirements for First Five Saturdays Devotion. What is this devotion? <click here to learn more>
Is Your Church helping parishioners honor Our Blessed Mother's request? If Confession and Mass are available on Saturday, Please Volunteer to organize or participate in a group praying of the rosary. While anyone can recite the rosary, praying together makes this prayer all the more powerful and may just encourage others to join in on this Saving Devotion.
Anyone who has experienced a Fatima "In-Home visitation", will tell you it's a very moving and calming experience. As an "in-home" volunteer, you can share in the same joy the host(s) receives. In home volunteers help with driving, providing literature, speaking to the recipients, and ensuring that the visitation is positive and fulfilling for all. Nervous? Don't worry, we'll make sure you're ready for the task.
Can you assist us with distribution of notifications of upcoming events? We produce bulletin inserts in the weeks preceding our rallies. Delivery of these notices to churches and inserting them into the bulletins would be a great help.
With your help, 2024 promises to be an even better year as we usher in the 2nd century of Fatima. Maine Needs Fatima isn't doing just Rosary Rallies. We are in the community spreading the messages of Our Blessed Mother in many ways. We are attending events, providing in-home (and business) visitations, live-streaming for shut ins, and participating in ways we never dreamed of when we started last year. God has blessed each and every one of us with gifts, and together lets use them to make a difference - one soul at a time.
